Pointe Warm Up
Once your pointe shoes are on, here’s a little warm up for your feet! It’s healthy for your joints to warm up properly. Never skip warming up is my advice. Remember it’s also important that you use pointe shoes under the guidance of a ballet teacher and that proper correct standing in your pointe shoes is very important not just for beautiful technique but for the health of your body and to prevent injury. Wearing the “right'“ shoe for you and the right fitting shoe is also an essential part of your training.
